Returns and exchange details
In case what you receive isn't quite what you had in mind, please communicate with me within 24 hours of receiving your item to discuss an exchange or refund.
Shipping charges on returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
**Chicken saddles / Hen aprons and chicken tutus cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This is due to bio-security issues. This is for the safety of my chickens and other chicken owners. No exceptions to this policy are allowed.
If an extenuating circumstance is present and a refund is granted, a refund processing fee of 20% will apply. No exceptions to this policy are allowed.
If you bought a custom order:
Custom orders are custom made just for you. Therefore, I cannot accept returns and/or provide refunds.
Please remember that if you live in a country other than the U.S., your package may be delayed due to customs and may be subject to additional taxes and fees where necessary. STA's ThimbleWorks is not responsible for any customs or duty fees imposed by foreign governments. These additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer. It is a violation of federal law for a seller to mark items as “gifts” on customs forms to avoid paying the customs fees, and it is also against the law for a seller to pay the customs fees. Please be aware of the customs and duty tax laws in your country before placing your order. Refunds will not be granted for refusal to pay customs taxes.
Items that are made to order may take an additional 3-5 business days to be created depending on current order load. If you need your item in a hurry I offer a rush shipping option that will move your order to the front of the list.
To ensure that your order is delivered in time for Holiday gift giving, I ask that you have your orders placed by December 1st for made to order items and December 5th for ready to ship orders.
Orders will be shipped promptly. Please allow 5-7 business to receive your order. Custom orders may take slightly longer depending on current work load. You will be notified when you order has been shipped.
